Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialised massage that works and stimulates the lymphatic system (our waste system!). It helps and assists the detoxification and strengthens the body's immunity. The techniques used are gentle (in contrast to Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release and Sports Massage) moving the lymphatic fluids across the body to the lymph nodes.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is ideal for swollen areas, post operations, post birth, after a long flight and for those contraindicated for other types of deeper massages.
Hot Bamboo Massage
Hot Bamboo Massage is perfect for real deep tissue work or just on its own; the warmth of the bamboo aids the muscles to warm up quicker and helps fresh blood to circulate into the areas being treated, as well as requiring less work in the area, ideal in conjunction with Sports Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage or Stone Therapy uses basalt stones which are heated to a comfortable heat for the client. This is a very versality massage which can be done on its own with great benefits for different systems in the body, the warm stones are adapted to the clients needs and during a Sports Massage they can be a great tool to work on stubborn areas, a combination of Hot and Cold Stone Massage is also used to encourage the blood flow into those areas bringing oxygen and nutrients for a speedier recovery.
Hot Himalayan Salt Massage
Similar to Hot Stone Massage, Hot Himalayan Salt Massage works deep into the muscles, providing oxygenated blood into the treated area, with the added benefit of extra minerals found in the salt as well as being an exfoliator.
Cryotherapy/Cold Stone Massage
Cryotherapy or Cold Stone Massage can be used in areas on inflammation to help reduce it. It is great used in combination with Hot Stone Massage as the hot and cold sensations on the skin help the blood flow into the areas a lot faster. Cold Stone Massage is the perfect go to massage during Summer as the coolness in the stones helps the body temperature to stay pleasant while working deep into the muscles.
Remedial Massage
A Remedial Massage is a massage with a firm pressure, not quite deep tissue and not too light or relaxing either, works deeper than your normal Swedish Massage and it is ideal for those whose pain threshold isn't very high, building up to a Sports Massage.
Swedish Massage
Relaxing massage using similar techniques to Sports Massage minus the intensity and pressure, Swedish Massage is ideal for those looking for a milder Maintenance Massage with the same benefits, working on every system in the body.
